1. What does Alise Technic do?
Alise Technic OÜ is a manufacturing company specialized in sheet metal processing. We provide B2B customers with laser cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly services. Our focus is on recurring serial products, pre-series production and also prototypes.
2. What types of customers does Alise Technic serve?
Our main customers are industrial companies, machine builders, equipment manufacturers, the defence industry and other B2B customers who need a reliable manufacturing partner for sheet metal parts and assemblies.
3. Does Alise Technic also produce one-off orders for private customers?
In general, we are focused on industrial customers and recurring orders. For small one-off private orders, we may not be the most suitable partner, as our production is built around professional B2B projects that move from prototypes -> pre-series -> serial production.
4. What are Alise Technic’s production capabilities?
- laser cutting
- bending
- panel bending
- welding
- grinding and finishing
- powder coating through cooperation partners
- assembly and packaging
We help customers make drawings and 3D models production-ready and support projects from prototype to serial production.
5. What materials does Alise Technic use?
We mainly use steel, galvanized steel, Magnelis, stainless steel and aluminium.
Common materials include, for example:
- DC01
- S355
- DX51+ZN275-MBC
- DX51+ZM310-MBC
- 1.4301-2B
- AW5754-H22
The specific material selection depends on the application of the part, technical requirements and the customer’s specification.
6. Does Alise Technic also support customers with technical drawings and 3D models?
Yes. Before production, our engineers review the models and drawings to assess the manufacturability of the parts. When needed, we draw attention to bending radii, tolerances, material selection, surface finishing and other factors that affect production efficiency and accuracy.
7. How is an Alise Technic quotation formed?
Our quotation takes the entire production process into account, not only the manufacturing of a single part. The price includes technical preparation, production experience, quality control and, when needed, production optimization. The goal is to ensure that the part is manufacturable, repeatable and functional in the customer’s end use. This helps reduce later quality risks, rework and hidden costs.
8. Does Alise Technic also manufacture prototypes?
Yes. Prototypes and pre-series production are an important part of our cooperation process. It is often reasonable to start with a small quantity in order to test the suitability of the part, verify the design and make changes if needed before moving into larger serial production.
9. Does Alise Technic offer serial production?
Yes. Alise Technic offers serial production for professional B2B customers who need recurring sheet metal parts and assemblies.
Our strength is high mix low volume production, meaning the manufacturing of different parts, assemblies and product variants in smaller or medium-sized recurring series. We help customers move from prototype to pre-series production and then to stable recurring production, with attention to technical preparation, quality and production process optimization.
10. Where is Alise Technic located and which markets does it serve?
Alise Technic is located in Pärnu, Estonia, and serves B2B customers in the Baltics, Scandinavia and Germany.
We are competitive with products, parts and assemblies that fit our production capabilities and strengths. For correctly selected recurring products, logistics is not an obstacle in international cooperation, and we can provide a reliable supply chain for industrial customers in foreign markets as well.
